We have the discussion with the client for an hour (live or remotely), then we determine the tasks and style, make a transparent table with the catgories. We discuss it at the next dialogue, make adjustments and launch the project.

We form the full cost of the work, which includes all the costs of design, supply, construction and repair work, turnkey decoration. The result of interaction with us will be a fully finished apartment or villa for living, including bed linen and cutlery.

Each project is individual, but we can count on certain deadlines, based on the experience of our previous apartments or villas.

If we are talking about a quick upgrade of the interior with an insignificant list of cosmetic repairs, a complete set of furniture, light and decor, partial replacement of built-in cabinets and doors - this is a period of 1.5 to 2.5 months.

For a complete reconstruction of the interior of apartments with an area of 100-250 m2, the project preparation period will be up to 3 months. The turnkey repair work will be completed in 6 to 8 months.

The larger and more complex the projec ist, the more time it will take to develop and implement. For villas with an area of 500 m2 or more, architectural and interior design can take 4-6 months. Construction and repair work will be completed within 12 to 24 months, for example.

Operational interaction on all projects will be with the designer and project manager. We talk in detail about what we do and what we expect from clients during the first meeting. It will be convenient, adequate and understandable.

We inform you weekly about the progress of the work, combine photo and video reports, maintain a convenient pace of communication and discussion for a client. We are fully responsible for each of the stages, managing deliveries and the work of the contractors involved.
